Good News on Housing: HUD Waives 90 Day Flipping Rule

This is great news from HUD. Up until now buyers using FHA financing have not been able to purchase homes from investors/flippers, due to a 90 day vesting rule. This has slowed down investors ability to sell, and limited buyers choices. This has now been lifted for the next year starting Feb. 1, 2010. Here is a link to the document on HUD website.
